REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS Welcome to the Rider Sport Australia (RSA) Referral Program! And we're super excited to have you on board as an referral partner! By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Enrolment and Participation 1.1. To be eligible for our referral program, you must have a valid social media presence or website that aligns with the RSA’s values and target audience. If you're under 18, we strongly suggest parental guidance in navigating these Ts & Cs and our referral program in general. 1.2. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any referrer application at our discretion, without providing a reason. 1.3. By joining our referral program you allow us to use your content on our paid and organic channels. 2. Affiliate Responsibilities 2.1. As an referrer, you are responsible for promoting RSA through your approved referrer channels (e.g., social media, website, blog). 2.2. You must use the provided referral tracking links or codes to ensure accurate tracking of referred sales. 2.3. You agree not to engage in any misleading, false, or unethical marketing practices. 2.4. You are responsible for creating your own content and ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and regulations. 2.5. You may not promote our brand on websites or platforms that contain offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory content. 2.6. You must disclose you are an affiliate on your posts with #partner and must tag @ridersportaustralia in each post that features our products. 2.7. You must post a minimum of twice a month on your approved referrer channels (e.g., social media, website, blog) each post featuring our products. This must include at least one static post. 2.8. As an referrer, you are responsible for updating the RSA team with any details that have changed (e.g., size, address, payment methods). 2.9. As an referrer, you must leave us a review for each item you receive. 3. Commission and Payment 3.1. You will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through your referral tracking links or codes. 3.2. The commission rate and payment terms will be outlined separately and may be subject to change at our discretion. 3.3. Commission will not be earned on returned, refunded, or fraudulent orders. 3.4. All our payments are processed via Stripe. You must ensure you have a valid Stripe address set up in your referral account, once you have accepted our invite. 3.5. Payment will be made between 7 to 14 days after affiliate purchases have been made. 4. Tracking and Reporting 4.1. You will have access to an referrer dashboard where you can track your referred sales, commissions earned, and other relevant performance metrics. 4.2. We will provide you with accurate tracking links and codes, but we are not responsible for tracking errors that may occur due to technical issues beyond our control. 5. Brand Usage and Intellectual Property 5.1. You may use our brand assets and content solely for the purpose of promoting our products as part of the affiliate program. 5.2. You may not alter, modify, or use our brand assets in any way that could potentially harm our brand's reputation. 6. Termination 6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice. 6.2. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program if they violate any of these terms and conditions, or for gross misconduct. 6.3. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid, but no further commissions will be earned. 7. Confidentiality 7.1. You agree to keep all non-public information about our brand, products, and affiliate program confidential. 8. Modifications 8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, commission rates, or any other aspect of the affiliate program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates. 8.2. We reserve the right to turn off affiliate codes during sale periods. 9. Limitation of Liability 9.1. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program. By participating in our RSA Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and our brand regarding the affiliate program. Please make sure to review these terms regularly, as they may be updated without prior notice.
